The Department of Dermatology specializes in treating many diseases that occur in the skin and hair, such as allergies, genital herpes, psoriasis, lichen planus, eczema, scabies, lice, and smallpox. Treatment of lupus, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction, myiasis, filariasis, Mediterranean spotted fever, and Osler's complex. The Department of Dermatology also treats skin tumors, including: condylomata and sexually transmitted lymph granulomatosis.
